Everything I take to a session

This is the gear that lives in my car. A dozen balls, something to throw them with, something to carry them in, and a bag built around the lot of it — bought together so you're not piecing it out over three seasons.

What's in it

• 12 SWINGA™ Technique Balls — swing like a brand-new leather ball and never stop. Throw down twelve, pick them up, and all twelve still swing.
• RapidArm ball thrower — fibreglass shaft, mouldable cup, adjustable length and head angle. Unreal paired with a SWINGA.
• KoachSak one2one coaching bag — built for the coach, not the player. Pockets for throwers, fielding bat, laptop and cones.
• BallSak ball bag — holds up to 24 balls and drops straight into the KoachSak.

Which weight?

• 146 g — for the most swing. The all-rounder. Underarms, overarms, throwdowns, all flingers and bowling machines.
• 156 g — for the most realistic feel. Swings a little less, but comes off the bat closest to a real leather ball. The one higher-level players tend to prefer.

Choosing your bag colours

Pick your ball weight and colour above. For the bags, add a note at checkout or email me at aaron.lilly@swingacricket.com and I'll match them if I can:

• KoachSak — pink, yellow, red, orange or blue
• BallSak — pink, white or red

If you don't specify, I'll send whatever is in stock. Worth knowing: the BallSak colours are there so you can categorise your kit — one bag for your 146 g, another for your 156 g, another for machine balls.
