RapidArm Cricket Ball Thrower — includes a free SWINGA ball

Throwdowns that actually swing

Adjustable, built to last, and unreal paired with SWINGA balls — every throwdown moves in the air.

What makes it good

• Fibreglass shaft — takes season after season of hard use
• Mouldable cup — forms around the ball you're throwing, so the release stays clean and consistent
• Adjustable shaft length — shorten it to take pace off, lengthen it to throw quicker
• Adjustable head angle — set it to suit your throwing action and the speed you want

How I set mine up

With a SWINGA ball I drop the shaft to a lower position and tilt the head back to position 5. It gives a far more realistic release point and a truer bounce off the wicket — worth trying before you settle on your own setting.

One tip: leave a ball sitting in the cup between sessions. The cup moulds around it and holds its shape, so it's ready to go next time. Mine always has a SWINGA in it — and yours arrives with a free SWINGA ball, so it has one from day one.
