Same ball as the SWINGA Technique Ball: half-dimple, half-smooth, swings like a brand-new leather ball and never stops. Regulation size, realistic bounce, works in the wet, and enough give that it isn't going to damage your players' bats the way a hard training ball will.

Which weight?

• 146 g — for the most swing. The all-rounder. Underarms, overarms, throwdowns, all flingers and bowling machines.
• 156 g — for the most realistic feel. Swings a little less, but comes off the bat closest to a real leather ball. The one higher-level players tend to prefer.
