The SWINGA swings like a brand-new leather ball and never stops. No shine to lose, no going out of shape, and it keeps swinging in the wet. There is enough give in it that it isn't going to damage your players' bats the way a hard training ball will. Throw down twelve, pick them up, and all twelve still swing.

Which weight?

• 146 g — for the most swing. The all-rounder. Underarms, overarms, throwdowns, all flingers and bowling machines.
• 156 g — for the most realistic feel. Swings a little less, but comes off the bat closest to a real leather ball. The one higher-level players tend to prefer.
